Key Responsibilities
Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude
Assist customers with UPS, USPS, and international shipping services
Carefully package items to ensure safe delivery
Process Amazon returns and other drop-off packages
Provide printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document-finishing services
Assist with mailbox rentals, passport photos, shredding, and notary services
Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle payments
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Follow all company security, privacy, and operational procedures
Qualifications
Excellent customer-service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, honest, and professional
Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
Able to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
Detail-oriented with basic math and spelling skills
Able to stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
Must be able to pass a background check
Retail, shipping, printing, or customer-service experience is preferred, but we will train the right person
