Circuit Controls Corporation is looking for motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude to join our team!

Current Openings Include:

High-Speed Stamping Machine Operator

2nd Shift (Monday – Friday) 3:00PM -11:22PM

  • Pay starting at $17.75/ HR for initial training.

3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday) 11:00PM – 7:22AM

  • Pay starting at $18.00/HR for initial training.

POSITION SUMMARY

Process full product reels from the press, including product labeling, visual and gauge inspections, and proper use of quality and production documents.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process full product reels from the winder according to standard process requirements and special instructions.

· Perform visual gauge inspections according to quality document requirements.

· Accurately complete all necessary quality documents specified in the skill level training manual.

· Process welds through the die and fill out appropriate quality documents.

· Start and stop press.

· Feed product through 100% inspection equipment and winding equipment as necessary.

· Knowledge of equipment functions.

· Process full reel carts.

· Stock press with necessary materials (reels, paper interleaf, tape, paperwork, etc.)

· Accurately enter proper downtime codes in SPC

· Swap scrap pans

· Load TWR material to payoffs.

· Regular and reliable attendance.

· Clean assigned press area.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting </=10lbs, sometimes above chest level.

Occasional lifting >/=10lbs, sometimes above chest level.

Pushing of reel carts (on wheels) of up to 700 lbs.

Frequent standing, walking, and bending activities during an 8-hour period.
