We have an open position for a Sales Support Specialist – someone who will assist the sales manager with all phases of customer service functions and take part in a true team environment where we count on each other while also taking responsibility for getting our job done. This position goes well beyond data entry as you will be working to take care of customers’ orders from the cradle to the grave with potential to learn and grow. You will be working in an atmosphere in which the phrases “true team environment”, “wealth of good people working here”, and “fun coworkers” are used daily.

Who you are:

The Sales Support Specialist position will require that you are energetic and optimistically self and team driven. You must be a collaborator and relationship builder good at analyzing trends and researching the status of orders. You are a person who enjoys working hard, having fun, and being creative in promoting new and existing sales growth to all market segments.

A sample of what you will be doing:

Get to know, value, and work with all of the divisions and departments in order to manage orders for assigned marker segments, solve problems and provide solutions in creative ways, and provide the most up to date and accurate information to customers.
Manage orders for assigned market segments including entry, outbound shipment, and invoicing for all products and samples.
Build relationships and work with existing customers to monitor satisfaction, offer new products, and maximize new opportunities.
Know the product line and packaging options to work closely with the sales manager developing and growing new business.
Set up and monitor customer contracts and estimates through the accounting system.
Assist with trade show preparation, exhibition, and following up with leads.
Be ethical always and still find ways to win.
What you will bring with you:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales or customer service, or a bachelors degree in a related field. Both would be ideal.
Competency using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid verbal and written skills.
Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing workload with minimal oversight.
