Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Packer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal Candidate will play a key role in ensuring that products are carefully packed, labeled and prepared for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately pack products according to customer orders and specifications.
· Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
· Label packages with appropriate shipping and handling information.
· Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing.
· Follow safety and operational procedures at all times.
· Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse procedures at all times.
· Ensure warehouse environment is clean and safe.
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals and deadlines.
· Perform inventory checks and restock packing materials as needed.
· Report and discrepancies to the supervisor.
· Other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Prior warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders.
· Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
· Must be responsible for your own transportation and have reliable transportation.
· Must be reliable, dependable and punctual.
