**Your Role:**
– Lead and mentor the dock crew: scheduling, training, and overseeing operations.
– Ensure the safe and efficient boarding of passengers and handling of luggage, bikes, and more.
– Maintain punctual departures and uphold our high standards of service and appearance.
– Engage with customers, offering assistance and ensuring their safety.
– Collaborate with the Captain for accurate record-keeping and other essential tasks.
– Embrace and implement safety and procedural training.
**What We’re Looking For:**
– Proven managerial and customer service skills.
– Familiarity with dock operations is a plus.
– Tech-savvy: comfortable with computer software and Microsoft suite.
– Physical agility: ability to handle tasks like lifting (up to 65 pounds) and vessel mooring.
– Adherence to US Coast Guard regulations, including background and drug tests.
– Flexibility to work during peak tourist times, including evenings and holidays.
