Executive Assistant – Full-Time, Year-Round Position 📅

Your Role:

– Efficiently manage the Executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
– Maintain detailed notes and records.
– Handle expense tracking and reporting.
– Professionally greet visitors and determine their needs.
– Address phone calls promptly and appropriately.
– Coordinate business services and manage communications.
– Organize catering when required and manage travel itineraries.

What We Seek:

– A commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
– Stellar organizational and time management capabilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptability to new software.
– Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
– A high degree of professionalism and sound judgment.
– Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
– A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
