Independent Sales and Service Representative – This is an Independent Contractor position (1099) commission based sales position

Searching for a HUNTER that develops appropriate winning sales strategies and applies sales and solution expertise onboarding new business partners.  The role holder is responsible for growing new business and new pipeline in addition to maintaining and growing the established business footprint.  This is an established sales route with room for additional growth covering the Northern Michigan market.

An Independent Lynco Products Sales/Service Representative plans, implements and manages all activities and operations within assigned geographical accounts.  The Sales Representative works with the Regional Sales Manager on account strategies; forecasting, pricing, competitive landscapes, market conditions, and customer/field sales support programs.  Sales Representatives also work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. They will work to find new sales leads for the company as a way to expand the customer base.
