Overview
JNS Facility Maintenance, a family-owned janitorial service company in Ann Arbor, seeking applicants for diverse tasks including administration, accounting, vendor, and property management. Requires strong communication skills, proficiency in technology, and previous relevant experience. This is a Full-time role, Monday-Friday on-site. Spanish-speaking fluency is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative-60%
-Manage phone calls and correspondence (including email, memos, mailings, and forms)
-Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Utilize various technical programs to perform accounting, customer management, and vendor management tasks
-Assist with a variety of administrative projects as assigned
-Monitor and manage supplies inventory
-Collaborate with executive and management roles to handle requests and queries
-Create and maintain vendor files
-Maintain vendor compliance in accordance with guidelines
-Property management scheduling and communications
Accounting-30%
-Performs data entry and schedules accounts payable
-Maintaining journal entries and other financial-related records
-Troubleshoot discrepancies and applies creativity in solving complex problems
Property Management>10%
-Assist with tenant inquires, requests, and concerns
-Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
-Utilize property management software and other relevant tools for efficient operations
-Assist with property management-related accounting including rent payments and releasing security deposit
REQUIREMENTS
-2+ years of relevant experience
-High school degree or equivalent
-Spanish fluency
-Experience with MS Office, Quickbooks, Canva, or similar programs
-Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
