Overview
Janco Systems, located in Traverse City, Michigan, has been an industry leader in auto repair Shop Management Software since 1982. Our product, StockTrac, is well known for its intuitive screens, easy-to-learn software, and legendary technical support.
Your main focus will be working I our support group. These qualities are a must:
· Experience navigating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows version 10-11.
· Ability to assist our customers with phone and remote technical support
· Good communication and people skills, along with the ability to work as a team player
Additional Desirable experience:
· Ability to diagnose TCPIP networking issues remotely
· Identify and resolve printer issues (Networked and local printers)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Ability to troubleshoot issues with DNS, DHCP
· QuickBooks knowledge a plus
· Knowledge of setting up and working with Android tablets
· Must be able to learn and adapt to changing technologies
· Other Duties that will be assigned to the team
Education Desire:
· High School Diploma
· Some College or work-related experience
· Windows classes
· Microsoft or other certifications
Job Characteristics:
· Full-Time Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 or 5:30 (depending on call length)

Salary: #33,000 to $37,000, depending on experience
Will provide training to the right individual
