Position Overview:

As a Pest Control Technician you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and implementing effective pest management solutions. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations.

Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans.

Safely and efficiently apply pesticides and pest control treatments.

Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance practices.

Maintain accurate records of service visits and treatment plans.

Operate and maintain equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

State-issued pest control license or the ability to obtain one (paid training provided)

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to climb stairs and ladders

Ability to go into attics, basements, and crawl spaces, and work in various weather conditions
