Overview

Key Responsibilities: 
Evaluate tenders for compliance with project requirements.
Conduct estimating and quantity takeoffs to project costs.
Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships; negotiate contracts.
Prepare and finalize competitive bid proposals with cost estimates.
Implement value engineering to enhance cost-effectiveness.
Review bids for potential savings and process improvements.
Oversee post-bid activities, including contract negotiations and clarifications.
Provide support during project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: 
5–7 years of relevant experience ideal, but open to less experienced candidates with strong potential.
Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree is a strong asset
Recent graduates with internship/co-op experience will be considered
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with CAD, 3D modeling, and construction engineering-related software.
Experience with the following tools is an asset: B2W, Vista by Viewpoint, TBC – Trimble Business Center
