Shift: 6am-230pm Monday-Friday
Job Description:
● Oversee daily production and manufacturing tasks to ensure alignment with management
directives.
● Create, update, and maintain CNC programming while keeping accurate records.
● Set up CNC machines and programs for operators to ensure seamless operations.
● Support corrective and preventive actions related to nonconformances as needed.
● Identify and report any product, process, or quality management issues.
● Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of parts, gauges, and equipment.
● Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with the Quality Management System.
● Conduct in-process quality checks to verify product and process compliance.
● Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Must Haves:
● 3-5 years of experience with CNC milling
● 3-5 years of experience with CNC machinist
● 1-2 years of blueprint reading experience
● 1-2 years of using Manufacturing Test Equipment
● 1-2 years of automotive or aerospace industry experience
● Someone that is trainable, hungry – talented and sharp
