HVAC Warehouse/Counter
You like to mix it up. You enjoy the physical aspect of maintaining organization in the warehouse and also enjoy helping customers with their needs at the counter.

How you show up:
You are obsessive about maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
You provide superior customer service in every interaction.
You have a passion for sales, especially in HVAC.
Communication and interpersonal skills are important to you, and you demonstrate both effectively.

The day to day:
You make sure it gets where it has to go by pulling and shipping customer orders.
You jump to unload inbound trucks, accurately check-in product, and restock accordingly.
You are ready to make a delivery if needed.
You understand that accuracy impacts the bottom line, so you perform regular cycle counts and investigate any issues.
You enjoy interacting with our contractor customers. You answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers.
You write up, process, collect, and distribute orders for customers.
What you have:
Warehouse experience or a strong desire to learn.
A valid driver’s license.
A high school diploma, HVAC/R technical degree, or Associate degree in HVAC/R.
HVAC/R technical or counter experience.
