We are expanding our Michigan footprint and are looking for a driven, experienced Equipment Sales Representative to grow both existing accounts and new business.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative with 5+ years of experience selling into the collision or automotive equipment industry. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role with daily travel to shops, industrial customers, and field sites across Michigan and Northern Ohio.
You will be responsible for selling capital equipment and services, conducting site visits, sizing and measuring spaces, preparing your own proposals, and managing long sales cycles from first visit to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Grow revenue with both existing and new customers across Michigan
Daily site visits to collision centers, industrial facilities, dealerships, fleet operators, and any business that paints
Prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation
Handle inbound leads and customer requests
Prepare your own estimates, bids, and equipment proposals
Conduct on-site measurements and assessments
Manage long, consultative sales cycles involving shop owners, GMs, and facility teams
Collaborate closely with SBP installers, techs, and PMs
Participate in job costing and post-job financial reviews
Maintain accurate CRM tracking in Salesforce

Mechanical & Electrical Work + Turnkey Install Services
This is a high-technical, high-variety sales role for someone who understands how shops operate.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years selling into the collision, automotive equipment, or industrial equipment market
Strong B2B sales experience with proven growth results
Technical aptitude and mechanical understanding
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience managing consultative equipment sales cycles
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, family-owned environment
High accountability, positive attitude, and team-first mindset
Daily travel across Michigan (80% field-focused)
Valid driver’s license; clean record
Blueprint reading is not required.
