– Monitor and review customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness
– Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer data
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective data entry processes
– Continuously work to improve data entry procedures and maintain data integrity
– Adhere to all security and confidentiality standards in handling customer data
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
– 1-2 years experience in data entry or customer service
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
– Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of financial services and investments is a plus
