Responsibilities:

 

• Accurately enter and update data in our computer systems

 

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

 

• Maintain data integrity and ensure completeness of all records

 

• Sort, organize, and file documents as needed

 

• Review and correct data errors and report them to management

 

• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any data discrepancies

 

• Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

 

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information

 

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

• Proven experience in data entry or related field

 

• Strong typing and 10-key skills

 

• Proficient in MS Office and data management software

 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

 

• Strong communication and organizational skills

 

• Knowledge of financial and investment terminology is a plus
