Window Production Manufacturing Associate

Overview

It’s time to start your career! Wojan Window & Door is a manufacturer of custom commercial aluminum windows, sliding glass doors, and terrace doors with locations in Charlevoix and Coldwater, Michigan.

We are currently hiring for our Charlevoix facility. This is full-time, year-round employment on a 4/10’s schedule, day shift only, 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed. Start from $17.25/hr.

Factory experience is not required; however, you must be able to read a tape measure.
Some positions do require experience with basic hand tools and/or the ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
You will be standing, moving, bending regularly for a 10-hour shift. There are no seated positions.
Where required, experience with hand tools includes tape measure, hammer/mallet, screwdriver, nail gun, drill, etc.
Some positions require the ability to read, learn to understand, and follow detailed order paperwork. Motivated individuals with a positive attitude and good work ethic are encouraged to apply.
