Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting our paint and machine Department operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient production workflow.
Surface preparation
Mixing and preparing paint, coatings and solvents
Applying paint with spray gun
Safe handling of paints
Paint equipment maintenance/cleaning
Palletizing parts
Assembly line operations
CNC Operator
Forklift material handling
Quality Control and Touch up Finish
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, No prerequisites — we will train the right candidate. Strong willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities, positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Work Schedule (First Shift)
Full-time, 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday)
10-hour shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 hours, with potential Friday work as production demands require.
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
