Sigma HomeCare is hiring compassionate Direct Care Workers / Caregivers to support adults in Wayne County, Michigan.

What You’ll Do
As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide in-home and community-based support to adults receiving care services.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients with behavioral health and developmental needs
Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
Documenting services accurately using a mobile app
Communicating with the care team regarding updates or concerns

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone with internet access
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and reliably
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain through agency)
Experience in caregiving, home care, direct support, behavioral health, or healthcare preferred

Detroit, Dearborn, Westland, Taylor, Livonia, Inkster, Romulus, Canton, Southgate, and surrounding areas.
