Responsibilities

Install and construct hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and decorative stone features using hand tools and power tools.
Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and seasonal cleanups to maintain healthy, vibrant landscapes.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise project execution.
Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material transportation while adhering to all safety protocols.
Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Assist with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and other related tasks to enhance landscape durability.
Collaborate with team members on remodeling or restoration projects involving carpentry, roofing, glass installation, or cabinet installation as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in hardscape installation and lawn care practices.
Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics; able to interpret technical drawings accurately.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on construction sites.
Knowledge of construction estimating and management principles is a plus.
Experience with concrete forming, masonry, plastering, welding, flooring installation or tile laying is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to landscape features or outdoor structures.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor.
