Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
Verify the accuracy of data and correct errors when necessary.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Assist in generating reports from entered data as needed.
Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and security policies.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding data-related issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or similar roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Fast and accurate typing skills (WPM preferred).
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
