Your main focus will be working in our support group.  These qualities are a must:

·       Ability to assist our customers with phone and remote technical support

·       Good communication and people skills along with the ability to work as a team player

·       Experience navigating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, some Windows Server

·       Ability to diagnose TCPIP networking issues remotely

·       Can identify and resolve printer issues. (Networked and local Printers)

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook

·       Ability to troubleshoot issues with DNS, DHCP

·       QuickBooks knowledge is a plus

·       Knowledge of setting up and working with Android tablets

·       Must be able to learn and adapt to changing technologies

Additional Desirable experience related to Azure cloud platform – specifically:

·       Azure Virtual Desktop (configure network settings, add users, deploy desktop apps, and enable security)

·       Azure services: Azure Resource Groups, App Service Web Apps, SQL Database, storage accounts

·       Managing Azure resources with PowerShell/Azure CLI/ARM templates

Other Duties that will be assigned to the team:

·       Create How-To YouTube videos

·       Online and In-person training with our customers

·       Assisting customers using our Windows Virtual Desktop hosted on Microsoft Azure

·       Software testing and documentation

Education Desired:

·       Some College or work-related experience

·       A+ Certification

·       Net+ Certification

·       MTA Certification
